Also, donated was a few boxes to the Vietnam Veteran's organization.  As well as giving donated items away to veterans in need, they also raise funds by selling donated goods.  Donation included 20 scarves and 5 hats,

Long overdue update: Airmen's attic donation

Over spring break (March 9-16), we put together a box for the Airmen's attic on Nellis AFB.  If you are unfamiliar with the Airmen's attic, it provides free or at minimal cost house ware items (and baby items such as formula, if donated) to servicemen and women under the rank of E-5.  As well as bedding and clothing, I donated 5 scarves and 5 hats to the Attic.
